If a refund is needed, please contact me directly through email at elizabeth.cranberrylane@gmail.com no less than 2 weeks prior to your delivery date. All refunds will be processed through Paypal.

Any requests for refunds after the 2 week deadline will forfeit full payment.

I am a local floral designer in South Jordan, Utah.

Deliveries will be made within 30 miles of my location. If you fall outside of that 30 mile radius, please email me so we can discuss additional fees for delivery or pickup options.

If you are out of state, all orders will be faux flowers and you will need to email me so we can discuss your needs. There will be an additional shipping fee as well.
